What is Ajinomoto?

But when it is created unnaturally outside the body, it becomes harmful to health. Consuming the Monosodium Glutamate for a long time can cause many physical glitches. The MSG increases the glutamate in our blood. It increases the glutamate of our blood up to 8 to 10 times which causes various heart diseases. On the other hand, MSG is a neurotransmitter which causes misbalance and overstimulates of nerves.
